Saint-Pierre : the cannons of the battery of Esnotz

Here are these famous cannons, that controled the bay of Saint-Pierre. Installed by governor Nicolas de Gabaret, it takes the name of Saint-Nicolas battery, then the one of battery of Esnotz in the 18th century,
at the death of the Count of Esnotz, another governor who had improved it of 11 supplementary cannons.
