Water Lily : a poison of love

     This plant with such a nice flower which embellishes our ponds and lakes has an amazing characteristic : its dried rhizomes and petals are unaphrodisiac. In Antiquity, it was said that Water Lily was a destroyer of pleasures and a poison of love.
