    Located in front of the city of Conakry (Guinea), Loos Islands forms a ring centered on the small island of Roume which inspired Robert Louis Stevenson for its novel l'île au Trésor (Treasure Island). The 2 big islands are Tamara (to the left) and Kassa (to the right). Protected from the storms, the island of Roume was formerly a pirates den.
