Satellite image of Les Saintes (Guadeloupe)

    This satellite image shows the archipelago of Les Saintes (Islands of the Saints), composed of 9 islands among which the most vast are Terre-de-Bas (8 km2) and Terre-de-Haut (5 km2). These 2 islands are populated by the descendants of fishermen coming from Brittany, from Normandy and from Poitou. Other islets (that you can search on the satellite image) are la Coche, Grand-Îlet, îlet à Cabrit (Goat island), les Augustins, la Redonde, le Pâté, les Roches Percées (The leaky Rocks).
