The water recycling in distillery J.M

     On the domain, the water of the river is used for the washing of the bananas, but also in the process of manufacturing of the rum. Indeed, after the distillation, the alcohol of cane that reaches gleefully the 80 degrees is diluted in distilled spring water to bring down its titer to about 50 degrees, what is more acceptable for our poor throats.
