Bananas bunches in the conditioning station
On the domain Crassous de Médeuil, one also produces bananas. After the harvest, the bunches, which include several hands, are suspended to facilitate the cutting of the pistil and the separation of the hands from the trunk. The bananas go then to the washing station (following photo).
