Saint-James distillery : bottling of the rum

The Saint-James distillery is one of the oldest of Martinique. It was originally located in Saint Pierre, but was destroyed during the eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902, and transferred later to Saint-Marie. Saint-James rum is identifiable by the square shape of its bottles, and by its intense aromas.
